Mr. Humongous

We found a winter sentry standing out side in our back yard this morning.  A big towering hulk who seemed a bit intimidating, but friendly.  He allowed a picture to be taken with him and the boys.

He wasn’t much of a talker, but said that he just “rolled” in today, but thought he’d stay for a while.  We thought about inviting him inside, but he seemed to like the cold better, which was a good thing, since he was a smoker.

I have lingering doubts about the guy, he seems like a “fair-weather friend.” I suspect that he might disappear soon enough.

(On an unrelated note, when is spring?!  I’m done with winter now.)
